My lovely dwarf hamster died yesterday! He lived a GREAT life. ...maybe except for the time that my sister's cat knocked him out of his cage and chased him around the house. My sister called me while I was at beauty school. "um, i think my cat ate your hamster." I rushed home probably speeding!!!!
DJ got another raise (because he works so stinking hard. That would be 6 raises in the last 7 months. He is awesome.
I keep counting down the days till we buy a house.

Rockie and LOLA
Dj and I made homemade dog treats for our puppies! It was so much fun! I made DJ try them and all of them were "blah" he said!
First we made milk bones. I forgot to by a cookie cutter in the shape of a bone so we made them heart shaped!
Then, peanut butter poppers. Lola doesnt really like these treats but ROCKIE loves them!
For hot days we also made them pug pops. The recipe said "even yummy for adults" but no way could i ever think about tring them!
It was super cute seeing Dj dress up in a apron! I took lots of cute pictures but my camera is in the other room and I dont want to wake DJ since he works in 30 minutes!

California!
This week I surprised DJ with a trip to California. He just thought we were taking a week off from work to relax! (I am very convincing with everything that I said!) He came home on Monday morning to this on our door.....
So, then we tookour dogs to a pet hotel and left!
...not long into the trip, DJ fell asleep at the wheel and we crashed into the middle divider! Luckily, we just scratched our car and we kept going.
On Tuesday we woke up and went to Knotts Berry Farm! I love knotts and it was completely dead. We never had to wait in line. However, because we never had to wait in a line, we got the worst headaches because we didn't have to wait in line...because we just kept going and going and going!
of course i rented the pink bike! we were going to stay at the beach a little longer but good thing we left when we did because we both were exhausted and took a nap before MIDEVAL TIMES! It is my favorite dinner and show performance. You sis around in king Arther's castle while eating every kind of meat you could imagine while you watch them fight for the princess!!!!

The park closed at 6 but we left about 530 because we did every ride and then some!
The next morning we went to santa monica pier! I have never been a super beachy person but i always have loved Santa Monica. we first won 500 tickets at an arcade...and then we rented bikes
so we were matching every day...but everywhere we went people were commenting on our matching pink shirts!
i had to wear my blue jacket again because just my wrists got sunburned and it looked way funny!
On Thursday we drove up to st george and we met up with my best friend kim and kerry! we talked forever but I could have kept talking! Friday we stopped and shopped in Vegas and then made it home to pick up my puppies!!!!

that's me
happy Easter!
This year I didn't want a new Easter dress because I have so many new dresses this year...so I decided to make a skirt. I have been working a lot of double shifts so I put off the skirt until this morning...and I actually liked how it turned out!
My camera was dying so DJ was only able to take one picture!
I decided to invite my mommy and sister over for Easter and I was so glad that i was the chef and didn't have to have ham! Instead we did a Japanese style night and sat on the floor...it was a lot of fun!

Update!
I am loving life...even with some trials I am struggling with! Dj is making an amazing young mens president...I hopefully am doing good with the girls...
our dogs are getting better! however our neighbors got another dog (which will be there 4th one since we moved in...and they had more before that...its weird because the mother is dealthy allergic to the dogs, so she always says that they can't get another one.) Its crazy because they got a cute pitbull but names it ROXY! That was what i wanted to name lola, and its my mall world dog's name...and it dang close to rockie!
our heater and water heater totally didn't work one day so we called our landlords and found out that the city turned off our heater but didn't mean to, they meant to turn off our neighbors because they haven't been paying their bills...so I totally had to take a cold shower!...lol...
...one that same day, rockie had explosive POOP and it leaked out of his kennel onto the wall and carpet. DJ had to rent a carpet cleaner and clean our whole carpets...and i was at work all day so i couldn't even help!
all 3 of my jobs have pulled me aside and asked me how i felt about being promoted and working more hours...I really want to get promoted and bbw however, the position is not available until this one girl finishes her schooling, which is one year. DB is looking for manager in July... and the salon wants me to spend 40+ to help them redecorate and work the salon!

I am crafty!
So, I have been wanting to redecorate our living room so I ordered new furniture! So i pulled out my sewing machine and made my first pillow to match our new decor. I had never made a pillow like this before but I thought it looked really cute!
I showed my mother and sister and they didn't believe me that I made it all by myself!
YEAH!
So I have been working out everyday so I look good for family pictures which is in like two weeks!

ME!
I feel that many people don't truly know me! So I thought I would make a post of about 50 unknown facts about myself...
#1 I AM A NERD! I would rather be the smartest person in the world than beautiful, skinny, strong, ect...
#2 I suck at English and Spanish wasn't my strongest subject either!
#3 I had a frog growing up whose name was Bling Bling. His original name was dumpy because he was a dumpy tree frog. But then my dad made fun of that name since he "dumpped" a lot (like poop). So, then one time I was holding the frog and he jumped out of my hands onto my mom. She about peed her pants and started jumping around when the frog just clung to her...so somehow my mind got bling from cling and it became bling bling. Dumpy tree frogs' life span is usually 6 years...however, my bling bling is still alive! which makes him 9 years old.
#4 I started the cheer team in high school. We had no school spirit since each grade level was our rivals. When you entered cams, freshman year you would vote on your colors and mascot. So, i started a club called cheerios and we practiced everyday and then the next year (my sophmore year) it was made into a class!!!! I had so much fun and loved being head cheerleader since freshman year.
#5 I really do love to do crafts.
#6 I got my young women's medallion twice (and working on it for a third time now that i am in young womens again)
#7 I saved for 5 birthdays to buy a really nice sewing machine...and even with almost $1000, my mom had to still pay for half! I love to sew and wish that I had better sewing skills. Like this morning, i made a super cute pillow and my mom and sister didn't even believe that i was capable of making such a cute pillow...!
#8 I have been the same pant size since 6th grade!
#9 As a sophmore in highschool, I wrote a 100 page novel and had to have it bound.
#10 I do not have a shoe fetish. It seems like I have a lot of shoes but I really don't. I like to wear the same shoes everyday.

# 15 I got a "real" easy bake oven when i was 16 because i wanted one my whole life and my sister was the one that got one for christmas...so my parents got me one the next year
